As a parent or guardian of a participant in the conference, I (the parent or guardian) agree to participate in the SPOGOMI World Cup qualifying competition and agree to make sure that I understand the rules and regulations of the SPOGOMI World Cup and agree to allow my child to participate in this tournament.

In addition, I hereby pledge to comply with the following.

1. In participating in this tournament, I will strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the competition and follow the instructions of the venue, its staff, and its attendants.
2. I will not make any claim against the organizers, sponsors, cooperators, event officials, event officials, spectators, or other competitors for any death, injury, or damage to my vehicle (or property) that may occur as a result of my participation in the event.
3. I pledge to participate in the competition under conditions of physical and mental soundness and in conformity with the competition regulations to which I have consented.
